Exact procedures will vary dependent on the ship that you are travelling on. Please let us know of any assistance you may require at the time of booking and again at check-in
Can I travel on my own as a passenger with a disability or reduced mobility?
Travel by sea can be challenging and you may find that a travelling companion will make things easier for you when negotiating ramps, bulkheads and heavy sea doors.
Do I need to bring my own medical equipment and wheelchair?
Yes, please bring any medical equipment that you require, and your own wheelchair if necessary, with you.
Can I bring a pet when I am travelling as a passenger with a disability or reduced mobility?
Yes, you can bring your pet with you under the pets travel scheme. If you are bringing your assistance dog, please tell us at the time of booking.
