Information for passengers with disability or reduced mobility
The safety and comfort of all our passengers is important to us so please tell us of any disability or reduced mobility issues that you have. For us to be able to provide you with the correct level of service, we need specific information about your needs.
We cannot guarantee your travel, or any assistance, without fulldisclosure of your needs at the time of booking.
Occasionally, there may be times when your booking has been confirmed but, after discussing the assistance you require and consulting with the relevant ships and ports, we may be unable to carry you on a particular sailing. This is because we have safety limits for the number of passengers with disability or reduced mobility that we can safely carry.
If you experience problems when making your booking online, this may be due to safety limits.
Please call us on 021 427 7801 if you have any problems when making your booking or to discuss your travel options.
